- Horizons (P.05) indicates, according to the Communication Officer of the Independent National Authority of Elections, Ali Draâ, that the draw concerning the media passage of the five candidates will take place next Thursday at the headquarters of the authority, which is supposed to examine all the interventions in order to avoid any drift, while the day of 16 November will be devoted to the signing of the ethics charter of electoral practices by candidates and both public and private media.
