The 55th anniversary of the recovery of national sovereignty over television and radio on October 28, 1962 was celebrated on Saturday, October, 28, 2017 in Algiers, in the presence of Minister of Communication, Djamel Kaouane.
M. Kaouane paid tribute to the headquarters of the National Television and Radio, to the martyrs of the revolution, recalling the message of the President of the Republic, on the occasion of National Press Day, which is, he stressed, "roadmap ", especially in its aspect of the defense of" the reputation and interests "of the country.
