The National Consultative Commission for Human Rights Promotion and Protection (CNCPPDH), replaced by the National Human Rights Council (CNDH), presented its annual report 2016 on the state of human rights in Algeria, in which it underlines that the year 2016 was a “key and pivotal” year for human rights in Algeria.
