- The Forum for Dialogue and Mediation submitted, yesterday its final report to the Head of State at a meeting granted by the latter to the members of the Forum, at the Presidency of the Republic. According to Karim Younès, this report contains all the proposals presented "with sincerity and honesty", says El-Moudjahid (P.03).
