The agreement, signed by the APS, Abdelhamid Kacha, and Director General of VNA, Nguyen Duc Loi, aims to intensify exchanges of information, photos, computer graphics and audiovisual media.

According to the terms of the document, the two agencies agree to exchange information in French and English as well as photos and videos.

The two parties undertake, furthermore, to provide each other with professional, technical and logistical support, as well as assistance to their correspondents and envoys in carrying out their professional activities in the host country.
